Who is Good Review for?
We are for local business owners who want more 5-star Google reviews without the extra headaches. We work with all types of businesses because if you have customers then you need reviews. If you want more reviews without more hassle then Good Review is here for you!
How any reviews should I expect?
10%-15% of previous customers leave a review during the review reactivation. This number grows as the volume grows and we expect between 10%-20% of new customers to leave reviews.
Do you integrate with my CRM?
We integrate with most CRMs, booking tools, and invoicing platforms.
I don't have a CRM, can I still use Good Review?
Of Course! We can utilize customer lists in all different formats.
How long does it take to setup?
Most businesses are fully set up in 10 minutes. Once we connect your Google profile and CRM then you're good to go! Our team will help you set up to make the process seamless.
What if my customer has already left a review?
We do not know which customers have left a review prior to using Good Review. Once a customer has leaves a review with Good Review we will no longer message them.
What do I do with reviews once I hit 500?
Feedback from reviews is an amazing way to improve your business. We offer coaching services to help you create action plans to build an incredible experience that keeps them coming back for more.
How does review reactivation work?
We create a review request sequence that we drip out to your existing customer base. By slowly sending out requests we create a natural flow of reviews to stay compliant with Google.
How long does it take to start getting reviews?
We like to move fast but it depends on your customer volume. On average, you will start seeing reviews within the first 24 hours regardless of how many customers you have .
Can you keep bad reviews from showing up on Google?
Google policy does not allow us to block or filter reviews. Most customers are happy so we make sure we get to the happy guests quickly to get you more reviews.
How often do you ask customers for a review?
We only request reviews during reactivation or after service while sending 1 initial review request post service then 3 reminders. Volume of reminders can be tweaked based on your preference. We do not send endless requests to your customers and once they leave a review then we end all future requests.
Can I add reviews to my website?
Yes! We offer a review widget that can be added to your website via a small snippet of code. You earned those great reviews to so you should show them off!
Do you support Facebook or Yelp reviews?
We currently focus on Google reviews it has proven to be the biggest impact on local businesses.
Do you only offer review services?
While we primarily focus on reviews we can create stunning websites for your business and host them for a nominal monthly fee!
